The new staff is really doing a good job compared to the last few years. My mom lives there and she has been very happy the past few months. She said things are finally getting completed. Her new fridge made her very happy. It is a quiet place in a great location. I don't think the people that are complaining even live here because everyone here loves Leslie.

Worst place I've ever lived. If you dont get a unit with a washer and dryer, you're stuck with the laundry mat they provide. 5/6 washers do not work. My shower water goes from hot to cold even after they \fixed\ the issue. Cockroaches. I put it several work orders to be fixed when i first moved in (my apts was NOT ready) next thing i know, i get an email saying someone came out and looked and saw nothing wrong with anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you absolutely have too.
Terrible. Roaches everywhere and in every room. Lousy maintenance.
I don't live here but my friend does and I parked in visitor parking and was towed because I didn't have a visitor permit and had no way to get one because the office closed 30 minutes before I got there. They will not reimburse for the tow and offered no solution to help. They expect you to tailor your life and schedule around their business hours.
Pretty decent apartments my sister has lived here for over 10 years.
