Chevin Roofing | Roofers in Leeds & Roof Repairs Bradford

Never able to speak to anyone immediately, so I am only able to leave a message on their answer machine. When they rang back a couple of days later on each occasion they gave me an approximate day to come out to look at my roof but never showed up on either day specified. I left another message last week and no-one has replied. Totally unprofessional. If they're too busy or don't want to do the work then tell me instead of leading me on and wasting my time.

After contacting them and not expecting a response (I called other specialists and I couldn’t get anything sorted due to how busy this time of year is!) They responded to me quickly and did a great job. Bear with them because they are inundated with work, and for good reason.

We had a leak on in our roof and required urgent roofing assistance. Neil and the team were on hand to do a profession and prompt service and we can't recommend them enough.

I used Chevin roofing after seeing an excellent job completed on a neighbours roof. They gave me a written quotation with no hard sell technique. They are true professionals and don't cut corners. They are experienced and know their trade inside out - certainly not cowboys!!! They have done a superb job completely re -roofing my house. They arrived when they said they would and they are very pleasant. They tidied up and worked extremely hard to get the job completed to my time scale. I would highly recommend Chevin to anybody thinking of having any work done as I am very delighted with the result. Their customer service is excellent as nothing is too much trouble for them. They are not the cheapest but their work is of an exceptional quality, certificated and guaranteed. I find it difficult to accept that anybody can fault them. Thank you.

They came to review the work I wanted doing a month ago. Several phone calls later but still no estimate of cost of work provided.
