Gone down hill since dr burn left how the hell can they examine you over the phone send you for a test and say test results are ok so that says nothing wrong with me. So looks like going to have to pay private to get to see a doctor in person.so to sum up nurses are spot on the phone lines and doctors a waste of wages..more chance of seeing a doctor in person at tesco...

I applaud all Chestnut workers. From front of house to the doctors. All are friendly but professional and kind.
Going down hill fast , told to ring at 8am in the morning for an appointment, nobody answers, need to have a day off work to go the doctors at 7am and wait !!
Very unhelpful on the phones they definitely need new people on the phone lines waited nearly 20 minutes for them to answer. Very disappointed
