One of the instructors (I think her name is Tatum) is absolutely NOT equipped to teach. She ends lessons early, she has no certification in or a degree in music, no theory experience, and she's big headed and cocky thinking she can play the drums. Don't bring your child here for music lessons, there are better instructors.

Nice and friendly place. Not a huge selection but to be expected. It was good that I dropped by.
Took my sons clarinet into the store to be re-corked on Wednesday, was told it would be done by Friday, it wasn't, couldn't reach the store over the weekend returned Monday at 4pm and it wasn't started. Very disappointed in the customer service, obviously not important to the owner to keep his word. I will never return, prefer to drive to Calgary.
