Large French 1/4 coffee. You'd think that would be easy to make. I mean, Starbucks can make those crazy fraps all day. So I fail to understand how such a simple order can get messed up so bloody frequently. I don't want a black coffee. I don't want a black coffee 1/4 French vanilla. I want a French vanilla with just a little bit of coffee.

I found this disgusting piece in my potato bacon soup. I don’t know whether it’s supposed to be potato or bacon but I completely lost my appetite.
The morning staff is amazing, I see the same lady's face every time, and I really enjoy her giving Me my coffee every morning. She very friendly and hard working (I wish I knew her name) I notice how hard she works and everything is smooth while she is their. Weekend and afternoon staff seems different and younger, talking to your guest at the window in a respectful manner Is a MUST! Good food though, vinalla ice coffees could be improved though.

My go to breakfast place in Chestermere! The staff is really nice and accommodating, as well as the manager. I was sitting at the tables with my friends, and he came up to us and started talking to us, he is a very humble and modest individual. My food is always delivered up to my standards, bottom line they deserve the 5 star rating!!
Though I used to be a huge fan of Tim Hortons. The large price increases, lowering quality of food have really taken a toll. Now that they don't even allow to double cup and refuse to improve their cups really show how little they care about their customers experience.
