Im honestly not the one to post a review unless I have something fantastic to convey; unfortunately, I am absolutely appalled by the service my husband and I received at this location. We started our order at the drive-thru, and the young lady's entire demeanour changed once we asked for a drink with ice on the side. She cut us off in the midst of ordering despite not completing our order. Once we arrived to the window to pay, she said cash was not being accepted at the time, which was fair enough... we weren't planning on paying with cash anyways. We tried to add cake pops to our order, and were told they were sold out for the day, also understandable. The kicker however, is when we got our drink, she only filled it up half-way because we requested ice on the side, and then when questioned about it took it upon herself to justify her actions. I understand leaving a little room at the top, but I mean this cup was filled half-way only. We ordered three iced drinks, and asked for ONE with ice on the side. We decided to not make a scene and took it for face-value. It seemed from the very get go, the lady didn't want to serve us for whatever reason. All in all, we have been drinking Starbucks for many years now and we know that requesting no ice, little ice, or ice on the side is an acceptable modification. We will ABSOLUTELY NOT be visiting this location again.

I love pre-ordering through the app and picking up at the drive-thru. Liz always greets me so kindly at the speaker, to the window. You can see her big smile behind her mask as she asks how my day is. The little gestures goes a long ways. My drinks are always made right!
Great location and set up to enjoy an afternoon with your favorite cup of coffee. Not much happening on the bulletin board, maybe because Chestermere does not have a lot going on. Patio is beautifully set up, but umbrellas on the opened patio was not put up which is not the starbucks standard
Some places you allowed use your points but some places only collect points ( at Sait college ) I feel bad to buy from here taking free drinks in different places. Also, the point I collect expired then. ...
This place is so night and day. During the morning service is friendly albeit a little slow (I understand it's busy) but stay away during the afternoon. Staff is rude and inappropriate (the fbombs!) and off duty staff take up half of the dining room and all the good spots to chill with their friends. It's as if as soon as their boss goes home it becomes their own personal playpen.
Ordered an iced drink (venti size) and it wasn't even full, it was 3/4 filled. Waste of money.
Great staff that are friendly and hard working. Always a good experience.
