Worst customer service and branch management. ATB is looking better everyday. Unfortunately, Scotiabank does NOT care whatsoever about its customers, and just keep sending you to the call centre of imcompetent staff.

Brooke here was very rude. Was not helpful at all. Avoid this branch they don’t seem like they want to help you at all and brush you away.

This is my home branch, and where I got my first debit and credit card. All the staff here are super friendly, helpful and respectful. Lines are rarely long, and if they are, they move really quick. Everyone is awesome here, and I couldn't be happier to bank with Scotia.

Terrible customer service. Roneel does not return phones calls or emails promptly, it usually takes him 2-3 days or you have to email or call again. Leighton (branch manager) did nothing to help, but was very good at defending his staff. So if you want to work and do a half a job, maybe you could apply there? I wish zero stars were possible.
