I called this company to come and access a renovation that we were doing in our home. I spoke with Andreas and scheduled him to come out for a site visit 4 days after I called (that was the soonest he could come). He didn't show up or call. The next day he didn't show up or call. I called several times and left voice mails. 2 days later my husband got a hold of him and was told that his wife was sick and had to be taken to the hospital. He committed to another appointment 4 days later and once again did not show up or call. I called and left a voice mail. Someone called me back and said, Andreas asked me to call you back about booking an appointment. He then said, I was going to come out to schedule an appointment but I forgot I have dinner plans with my girlfriends parents?? I said, no the appointment was not to book another appointment, it was to access our renovation. I was clear with him that I was not happy and to have Andreas call me. It's been almost a month and still no call and no apology. Our project was on hold for over a week, all because of his complete lack of respect. I would not suggest anyone deal with this company, they are totally unprofessional, not impressed.
