They used the cheapest unskilled contractors to build the house. Poor quality. Called them many times over first year to have issues fixed and they always promised to have a contractor come in to fix all the issues but rarely did anyone come. Eventually had new home warranty come in to fix some of the issues. New home insurance refused to fix any damage caused by incorrect installations. Wish I would have had a home inspector check out this new house. I have had to fix most of the issues myself. Still have water damaged ceiling and lights actually falling out of the ceiling due to incorrect installation it was just screwed into the ceiling dry wall. Definitely not to code. The entire living room plugs, lights and outside deck electrical is all wired to one light switch so all or nothing. Only a 2 year old house. If your buying a house from them you had best be very handy with restoration because you are buying a fixer upper brand new house.
