Lovley visit to the newly redesigned wickes a true pleasure to behold. A great day out for the whole family, kids didn't want to leave after our 3 hour long visit, they especially loved the vending machines but unfortunately this is one of the attractions you had to pay for & just to add to the experience it was free admission also. Would definitely recommend for penny pinches looking for a relatively cheap day out.

By the pictures it looks like they can decorate even a sky. Massive rage of different products. One of the best places for home improvement search. Lots of tools, paints, wooden materials, and many more. Location is good, just near town centre. Big car park. Staff is very nice and always try to help, even if they don't know how... great place for a reasonable shopping.

Website says you have 281 paving slabs in stock to come in and get or “click and collect” within one hour... I attended the store today where the 281 paving slabs cannot be brought down with the fork lift truck while the store is open.... Staff didn’t care less about wasting my trip and Richard who was on the till shouted at me on the way out “don’t bother then...” not how you treat someone who was preparing to spend money. Absolutely excellent customer service training these staff members must receive . How about asking how many I need and then asking me to come back and collect the next day? Safe to say I won’t be returning to Wicks in Chesterfield At times like this people are needing jobs - maybe the staff here should make way for others that are more passionate about working!
