Garden centre very good with helpful staff and excellent selection of plants. Unfortunately cafe / coffee house does not exist any more. A real shame as it was excellent. There is a small takeaway which offers drinks and a few snacks. I understand under present circumstances that keeping the cafe as a going concern must be difficult but please remove from the road side signage the mention of the cafe/coffee shop. However the present staff are extremely good and cannot be faulted. Thanks
This garden centre in my opinion has the worst customer service I have had the misfortune to experience. If the customer service had been better I would have spent several thousands of pounds on the rest of the materials for landscaping my garden. How can any business survive in this climate without decent customer service! There are plenty of garden centres around this area that are only too pleased for you to take your custom. Please be aware, bare that in mind when making large purchases.
I had a fantastic experience with these guys, so helpful and friendly from order to delivery. Having shopped around the quality of paving that we received was top and it's great to know it's local so we can pop in for anything we need and speak face to face if needed.
