Rang in hours the page says it's open to find out they're closed....... should update opening hours/days online..... needing a part for my car,but needing it asap,thought been here before and they've been helpful,rude man on the phone didnt even listen to what I wanted interrupted me,could of just listened to what part I was after but didnt
Tried ringing for a quote on collecting a car, no one answered after trying 4 times, waiting 3 minutes a time each call. Used 3x before and were quick and efficient at taking car off us. Messaged their Facebook page and got a pretty quick response, especially for a sunday, and arranged a collection for our car! Lovely bloke.
Phoned up to get a car removed from home gentleman on phone was very nice and friendly said they would be their in couple of hour was less than a hour and got the price what they told me on phone pleased the service
