Over promised and under delivered. My girlfriend made the decision to go with the body shop our insurance company had recommended... BIG MISTAKE! This place is a rip off hands down. Handful of body shops in St. Charles that are way better priced and don’t look like a child repainted your vehicle. Now it’s at a body shop that knows what they are doing and don’t look to scam you or your insurance company! I have more issues now with my vehicle than I have ever since I bought the vehicle. Save your money, save your time, and eliminate your future headache by doing a little research before making a decision.
Preface to my review - I did it get work done here on my car but used the Tesla charger and talked to staff was really courteous and professional and really appreciate the use of the charger!!
Went for an initial review after a deer hit my car. Folks are are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I plan on having them repair my car.
I would highly recommend Car Craft Auto Body to anyone in need of a repair. I was hit by a woman texting and driving and my VW was towed to them for repairs. Not only did they fix all of the damage, but they were able to do it within a timely manner. The repair itself was flawless and I always knew what stage my car was in through their text program I enrolled in. Again, I would highly recommend Car Craft to anyone in need of a repair.
