I bought a number of items from Boatworld. Dave and the team were really helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Dave spent a long time explaining the workings of my new outboard, and other things without rushing. Excellent service, highly recommended. 5 stars.

A generous 2 stars mainly because the inflatable boat is fairly decent and good on the water. Also because their staff was helpful during the purchasing process. However lost 3 stars because: - The boat was delivered with a tear in it. Company director pointed finger at me yet was unable to supply any quality or testing sign off to go with the boat. When requested, they simply stopped replying to my emails. - The handle has come off the supplied oar after 2 weeks of use - The dinghy rope has become unspliced after 3 weeks of use

Unfortunately my cover ripped after 18 months of use however Boatworld have been fantastic with their customer support and the issue has been resolved. Highly recommended.

Ordered some kit on line recently and the wrong item was delivered . A quick email addressed the problem very quickly ( next day ). Things go wrong for everyone from time to time so the real test is how quickly they can be put right. Really good service - thanks guys!
