Broke the charger port on my HP Laptop. The guys at aGeek took a look and said they could fix it. It required a new part and a PCB repair Under a week later its up and running, good as new, great job. I was really impressed with the clarity of the service. I was kept up to date, so i knew exactly what was happening. Price was fair, so really pleased. Definitely would recommend....

I recently had a great experience with the guys at aGeek. They have transformed an old tower PC into practically a brand new machine. Great spec /upgrade and good value for money compared to same spec out there in the market place for a new machine. I was particularly impressed with their work ethic and communication during the process. I always received regular updates- special shout out to Bryn for coming back to me several times out of hours to put my mind at ease. Great guys, a fab job done, very knowledgeable and very impressed . I would highly recommend aGeek.

My Laptop screen died recently showing only grey lines and nothing else. I was convinced it was the screen only by wasn't sure. The guys at aGeek investigated the problem, providing me with some options and prices fairly quickly. A new screen was obtained from China, surprisingly came earlier than expected. It was fixed and worked fine until it decided it did not want to boot up at all. So it was back to aGeek for investigation. The tech/Geek who specialises in 'Boards' was not full time so I had a wait a while but was kept informed via email. Hey presto a fully functioning laptop that has not missed a beat since and there was no further cost. Thanks guys. As an ex Service Manager in IT I was impressed.

Took my Nintendo switch to them, they were super helpful and quick in finding and fixing the issue with my switch. They are reasonably priced as well. Would definitely go to them again if i have any future tech issues
