Communication is terrible and only occurs if you call them. I called one week before I needed a load of dirt and was quoted a price that was good. I was instructed to text the address where it was to go which I did and then silence. After a day or two I called and left messages and was texted back \driving - I'll call you in a few minutes\. No call ever came back. Then after other calls got a text \got a couple of loads in front of you I'm trying to get done\ Essentially the whole week was spent waiting and in the end the day arrived and no dirt. I would have much preferred if he had just said he was too busy up front but he indicated he could take care of it.
Great experience, reliable and friendly. Delivery was when said, very helpful with even the extra load we asked for. Will definitely use again and share company with others in the future.
Had a terrible experience with this company recently. Called for estimate and scheduled delivery. About 30 mins after scheduled delivery time I called and they told me they were on there way. There was no communication unless I called them. About 2 and a half hrs later they still hadn’t shown up so we contacted them again. They said they were working on their truck but would keep us updated on when they were coming out. Then about 2 hrs later they were still no shows so we contacted them again and they said they needed a fuel pump and it was out of their hands. They still said they were trying to deliver. Then the next day we contacted them to see if they got everything sorted out and they said no but they were going to keep us updated. We still hadn’t heard anything by the end of the day so we contacted them yet again to ask if they worked anything out to get our delivery bc the lack of communication was crazy and we were just going to go with another company and they told us no and good luck finding someone to deliver on Sunday. Which I found to be very rude. This company has terrible communication and I will not be referring anyone to them!!!
The best service , called them in the morning and had gravel on my driveway when we came home , highly recommended.
