After going through my closet and realizing I needed a new carry on, I decided to give Chester a shot. My bag came relatively quickly and surprisingly it fit everything I needed for the week. Great purchase so far!

If you buy this bag, you better plan on keeping it. The 100 day return policy is not honored by this company in my experience. Repeated emails and Instagram messages. No response. Buyer beware!
Delta lost my bag and would not help me with it. Time for a new bag. Got a bag from Chester. Shipping was fast and the bag looks great. It will be super easy to spot it on the checked bag carousel, which is usually a problem with more generic bags.
I love my Chester carry-on. I have two! I bring it on international flights and US domestic flights - it always fits in the overhead compartment. The carry-on is beautifully and cleverly designed. It can hold much stuff in such a compact space. I typically can fit 3-4 outfits, sneakers, flat sandals, and my toiletry bag.
Genuine top brands are available at a fair cost. I recommend this store for fulfilling customer's expectations.
I wanted to travel now that domestic travel has finally reopened. But I needed a bag. I did not like the selection at the local store. I went with Chester Luggage because they had the bag I wanted at a great price. The shipping was also really fast and the bag showed up as advertised.
Chester has made traveling easier for me. On top of its sleek design, it fits perfectly in the compartment of planes and comfortably in my car. The best part are the unbreakable wheels. It’s endured the sidewalks of NYC and speeds across the airport. No idea why people still carry bags at this point.
