I need my ears de-waxing fairly regularly. I visited Hear Pure on Thursday 27 August 2020. The build up was very helpful and friendly (I booked by phone) and my appointment was confirmed immediately by email. All very professional . I asked if there was adequate parking and got an immediate response saying there was a car park at the rear.When I arrived, there were notices on the door advising of covid requirements. The receptionist wore a mask (as did I) and was behind a screen,so I felt very safe . They then took my temperature,which,again,was very reassuring. I was introduced to Nadeem,who undertook the dewaxing. He wore a full professional mask. He was very friendly, helpful,gentle and thorough and took great care to ensure all wax was removed. Thank you all very much. A great service. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

If I could put no stars I would Vanessa is disgusting and vile to deal with and a complete liar service is rubbish wouldn’t recommend to anyone Your response just says it all doesn’t it!!! No care in the world for the service you provide!! The review made is regarding our experience to your company not anyone else’s I’m happy to provide the details But I’m guessing you couldn’t care less just like the awful service you provide

Unfortunately, I won’t be attending my appointment as the customer care received by the receptionist At Chester was unacceptable. I only hope others receive a better a better experience. It’s such a shame people choose an outward facing job when they clearly put clients off. I have emailed you with the full detail. The appointment was made under my partners name. I used the word receptionist as it was the person who answered the phone to me in such a rude manner

Less than impressed with the customer service, asked for advice on a certain type of hearing aid, they said they would get the manager to phone back, that was 5 hours ago still waiting
