The Fungal Foray was absolutely brilliant. Fungal Punk Dave really knew his stuff and was so passionate about nature, made for a really interesting couple of hours. Finished off with a delicious mushroom soup and mushroom risotto back at the school, was a wonderful morning!

For more accurate reviews please see trip advisor! Unfortunately I am unable to respond to a comment on here from someone who never actually came to the school. Which is a shame as plenty of people come to enjoy indoor and outdoor cookery days.

This was an excellent experience and what a fantastic and modest person Michelin star chef Brian Mellor was. A very clever teacher and I have learnt a huge amount about preparing 4 first class fish dishes. I will be returning to Harthill cookery school indefinitely!
Fantastic day. Beautiful location and thoroughly enjoyed the cookery course. Chef Brian guided us through and the tips were invaluable, you can't get them from a cookery book. Thank you.
