I recently purchased a BMW 120i from Peter Moorhouse at BMW Chester. The process was great and quick within a less than a week I was back to pick up my car. I'm currently sat in this dealership in the middle of the handover for my 840i Gran Coupe. There was an issue with the bonnet latch which they rectified and sods law, has reappeared upon me travelling from London to collect it. I cannot express my appreciation enough towards Peter and his colleagues in their approach to trying to get me on my way. Luckily, the dealership hasn't taken the 'tough luck' approach and haven't just told me to sort it in London under warranty (although this was an option), they've taken the car into the workshop and Peter is absolutely spot-on with his communication about what is going on. So far so good and an update will follow by 6pm. Aside from my own issues, the dealership is immaculate and everyone is smiling, even through their face coverings (because COVID19). Update 16:03. Car is fixed, failsafe implemented. It's nobody's fault, these things happen. Peter has been superb throughout! I'm on my way. Nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and Peter in particular is such an asset to these guys.

Wouldn't recommend getting a mobility scheme car from them. I ordered a bmw 3 series and I was waiting months and months as the person who sells mobility cars there just kept making excuses why my car hadn't arrived like the first car arrived without the upgrades I added and he had to reorder it. And then I asked when am going to receive it I was told at least another month so I wasn't prepared to wait any longer and when I told him that I want to cancel it he just said okay and put the phone down so not very professional so I've put a complaint with mobility scheme over how I got treated by halliwell Jones chester mobility sales man.
