Purchased a Trek Marlin 7 from Evans online. I live south of Wales which is decently far and the bike still came almost a week later with absolute no complications. Bike came with a little kit to be built with no problems. Was kept up to date by emails, overall very happy even though Evans have a lot of negative reviews.

I was looked after so well by the team at Evans Cycles. It was a real pleasure to be there. I think it was Aran and Ossie who dealt with me mainly, but everyone that I came in contact with was sensible, happy and willing to help. They fixed my problem, gave great advice and really helped me make the right decisions and spend money wisely. I’d definitely recommend them for anything bike related. Staff in the store diagnosed the issue straight away with the brakes, then fixed the bearings at the same time and I picked up same day.... The amazing guy who fixed it said it only took 10minutes and not to charge.... Now that does not happen often. Thank you to all of you, restored my faith in humanity!
I got my MTB from this place. I cannot complain, they set it up well for me and even gave me 10 to use in the shop so I used it for a mudguard. Quite happy with my bike and the service.
