Great experience with Dr Henry - very caring and helpful. Great experience with respiratory nurse (apologies for not remembering the name) - again, incredibly caring and helpful. Only thing is can be very stressful and confusing bureaucracy wise.

I have tried self help without success, I phone for an appointment cant get through, I visited the practice and reception says phone up from 8am onwards, I try online boooking system and this surgery it is not allowing online appointment bookings (Why have this system) I have tried NHS 111 they say call surgery, I have spoken with a pharmacist they say phone surgery so back to square one. How can I book an appointment at this surgery???

Appointment system is a pain. You have to call in at 8 on the dot and hope that you are one of the first to ring otherwise you just have to try again tomorrow. Booking a medical appointment shouldn't be like trying to book tickets to a festival.

I've always had good experiences at this practice. The reception team do their best to find an appointment that day with a GP or practise nurse and I've always been able to access appointments for my children quickly.

Have been coming to Boughton Health Centre for over 30 years, and on the whole have been very pleased with the centre. Doctors, nurses and reception staff have all been very helpful and professional over the years.
