Nicely laid out especially for the winter months when the weather isn’t very favourable. Shame the restaurant is completely shut and not available for take away food and coffee

Lovely visit to the Christmas Grotto. Staff were exceptional at making us feel welcome. Definitely worth another visit. The shop are looked well stocked with interesting items.

Went for our first Santa visit which was magical! They went all out and worth every penny. Had a coffee and snack in the cafe after which was lovely, they also have a dog friendly seating area which is great. Dogs are allowed everywhere apart from in the actual cafe bit with the food.
