Played here a few times, generally okay but worst one this week, booked a week in advance, showed up to be advised course closed, nothing on the website or clubhouse advising as such. Staff claimed they didn't have my contact info and proceeded to provide me a cancellation note with all my contact information printed on. Still awaiting refund for green fee, staff were clueless on what to do advised me to use the range which wasn't open. Really poor service. Not impressed in the slightest.

Was ok, it was winter so was boggy as expected. Fairways were understandably left largely uncut due to conditions. They were still very wet in places almost unplayable, but greens were in good condition, overall good value paying the reduced after midday fee.
The course is constantly improving. Its not short! Aside from the clubhouse you can Grab a bacon roll off Archie in the hut by the driving range as you go round.
Why do I love this place, well I got my first ever hole in one on the 17th a slam dunk, hole in one straight into the hole. The manager presented me with a certificate which was nice of them.
Not bad for a municipal course. Halfway house closed on the hottest day of the year
