Excellent midwifey service, really made the whole process easy
I love this surgery and I've been a patient for over 30years. It's busier than it used to be, but then the pollution of Knutsford is greater and they provide more services.
Always professional and helpful. Dr Walsh has been especially caring over the past few weeks .
Amazing doctors! Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the receptionists let the practise down. Every time I’ve rang or gone in I’ve had negative experiences - be it the rude and dismissive way you get spoken to or the way they will ignore you and carry on their own personal conversations whilst they can see you standing there. For a practise in knutsford I would have thought there would be better standards. This is not a one off experience either as I’ve experienced it almost every time for the last 2 years. What a shame.
