What can you say about this company that's positive? Nothing! A plumbing company fitted us a mascerator which was faulty so it was switched. The second one seemed to work fine... for 2 months. Then it started faulting, so I go back to my plumbing company who arrange for Sumps and Pumps to get in touch to resolv . To cut a long story short they finally after much back and forth agreed to come out and sort it. That was a month ago now and all they're doing now is dodging responsibility.

I've been using Sumps and Pumps direct for a couple of years now, I've always had excellent customer service and the products I've ordered have been good quality. The next day delivery is spot on, keep up the good work!
