After what was described as a catastrophic injury, which was demoralising to say the least, Kay treated me with professionalism and with a pro-active upbeat friendly attitude. I was sent to Kay via my consultant and after my previous experience with the hospital orthotics department I was not looking forward to my appointment. Kay however is truly professional and soon had a full diagnosis of my mid foot lisfranc injury. Some custom orthotics were made and new specialist shoes. The result was a very pleasing 15-20% reduction in pain. For someone who lives in constant pain when walking this is a superb outcome. This doesn't come cheap but it was a very small price to pay for the benefits I have experienced. Why cant my local hospital offer these services? So if you have a foot injury Kays the lady to sort you out lovely lady and super new offices.
