Visited the store in Chichester today with my Aunt. The manager could not do enough to help. She brought us various sizes and was really patient. She offered her expertise and gained a quick understanding of what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble will definitely be returning it was a pleasure
Visited today to find a 'mother of the groom' outfit. Sophie was extremely helpful - the size I needed wasn't in stock but she happily ordered it so I'll be back in a few days. A pleasurable experience, even my partner enjoyed it & he doesn't say that about shopping very often!
The person that runs this shop is without a shadow of doubt the most ignorant unhelpful manager I've ever had the misfortune to meet, the dresses are nice but are let down dramatically by the terrible lady that runs this shop. Would not recommend to anyone, avoid at all costs, only gave it one star because that was as low as possible.
Really nice assistant there. Bought a linen tunic top from the chesca range and a lovely colourful top from the Franchesca collection. Very happy with the purchases.
