I was told that it was going to be about a 4-6 hour day, and it definitely was. I arrived at 9:30am, and did not leave until about 4pm. However, they were trying their best to go as fast as they can with being short staffed and having a full waiting room. There were only a few protestors outside and the security guard did a good job at keeping them out front rather than intimidating the women. I was honestly very anxious there but when I was seen each time for the lab work, ultrasound, nurse check in and the actual procedure, the staff was very nice and warm and made me feel much better. Before going under, the surgeon and other nurses and doctors in the room asked about my work and schooling and made me feel much more comfortable in a kind of scary situation and setting. I was referred here because the surgery center did not take my insurance and it was much cheaper here for the issues I was having. The rooms were honestly pretty cold but that's life, it isn't a huge issue. Like I said it was a very long day but I when actually greeted and involved with staff they are all very nice and warm.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is outstandingly warm and comforting. Entire stay was about 3 hours. They take such good care of you and literally hold your hand through it all . Made me feel so safe and ok with my decision

Worst experience of my life. Not only do they schedule the appointment 5-7 days from the time you call. The staff is rude and talk uneducated. It feels like a dirty clinic. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment as instructed. I waited 3 hours and 13 minutes EXACTLY to be seen. I’m disgusted in the service I was provided with today

Terrible office, very unprofessional customer service representatives. I’m currently miscarrying and my doctor referred me to this place, where they judge you over the phone and give you false misleading information.
