Cherish funerals are amazing. Tim is one of the nicest men I have ever met. They have done both my parents funerals. Dads in may 2019 and moms in january 2020 and I couldn't ask for more. So accommodating, helpful, caring and professional. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help and everything you have done for my parents xx
Tim and his team have been brilliant throughout our difficult time. He was there for us every step of the way. Caring and compassionate and made the whole family feel looked after. He was in touch every day and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend. Thank you Tim.
We used this company for my dads funeral. You will be told all fees need to be paid up front as the fees need to be paid as arrangements are made. LIES!! You will hear constant excuses that his accountant made or should have made that payment. LIES!! I paid 3/4 of the fees up front and the rest plus extra was being paid direct from my dads bank account. I kept updated all the time. I had messages almost daily asking for updates from the bank, even though he was told it would take 7/10 days. On the morning of my dads funeral, another message asking to chase the bank! (03/02/20) Yet it took his accountant 4 days to refund the overpayment from Tim’s personal account! It came to light last week that the crematorium had not been paid for my dads service (11/03/20), had constant lies and excuses from Tim that it had been paid, waiting for proof from his “accountant” it took the threat of legal advice to get it paid (16/03/20) There is no fb page for cherish funeral directors as it was closed down after another consumer posted a similar story to this! CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU APPROACH THIS COMPANY. It was not by any means sorted straight away as per Tim’s response, I have all messages still to prove the fact including a message asking me to remove this review once he had sorted it!
