I first met Tracy in September 2019 and had just started looking for my wedding dress. As soon as I walking into her shop I just new she was going to have exactly what I wanted plus a whole lot more. She is so professional and such a lovely person, I felt an instant connection with her from my first appointment. My dress was dress number 4 that I tried on and I didn’t even pick it. Tracy did. And it was perfect! The 4 weeks prior to the big day when my fittings started, Tracy was amazing!! A cup of tea on hand and such a friendly atmosphere! She really did make my dream dress come true and made me feel like a princess, what every girl wants on her big day!! Thank you Tracy! Your amazing!! Xx

Cherish bridal has a warm friendly atmosphere. This was my second marriage and I never went to a bridal shop first time round. Tracy made my experience amazing. I recently visited Tracy at Cherish Bridal in Northwich. This was the second time I've been there, the first time was for bridesmaids dresses a couple of years ago and most recently for my own wedding gown. Tracy really is amazing at what she does. She remembered me and my family from our previous visit and made us really incredibly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so lovely and enthusiastic throughout the entire appointment. She made some suggestions along with showing me what I told her I was looking for. The lady she works with for alterations was also there whilst I had my appointment which was great as I was interested in some additions to the dress I was interested in. Ultimately I found my dress somewhere else, but the entire process in working with Tracy was nothing but positive. She is welcoming, friendly, personable and really and truly goes the extra mile for her brides, in my experience regardless of whether you end up buying your dress from her or not. Highly highly recommended, Tracy will look after you whilst you search for your dream dress!
I thought I had found my dress at another store, but Tracy had a dress in that I wanted to try before making the final decision. She fit me in at really short notice to try on, and knowing I had an appointment in the afternoon she had everything ready for me and my mum. So glad I decided to do it as I found my dress! Tracy is so attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. It was also extra special to find my wedding dress from Tracy as exactly 10 years ago I got my year 11 prom dress from her! Very fitting to come full circle ️
Due to originally planning on getting married in Vegas I didnt plan on a wedding dress but due to America not being an option now we suddenly found ourselves in a situation of getting married in the UK with 8 weeks to go and no dress! Tracy was brilliant from the beginning she fit me in quickly and made me feel comfortable immediately! I tried on a few dresses I thought I would be going for all lovely but with something missing. Tracy had a dress which had just come in from the new collection a bit if a wild card which I wouldnt have picked myself. I tried it on and fell in love which she allowed me to buy off the rack and she would order a new one in for the shop! All within my budget! You gave me an amazing experience in the middle of a stressful last minute 2020 wedding! Thank you so much tracy! I would definately recommend xx
