Miserable staff , they seem to be very busy with their computers. They show no interest in your queries. They look at you as you are a burden for them. Internet is expensive, 1.5 for half an hour if you are not a member. If you are willing to use your own computer Wi-Fi is terrible and no printing facilities.

Always a keen library member, I signed up at Chepstow soon after moving here in the Spring. It is a lovely, welcoming place. There is always something going on here - activities to attract all ages.Whenever I have visited, to borrow or return books, it has always been busy with people reading newspapers, using the computers, joining in story sessions or, of course, browsing books.Five stars for Chepstow library!
