The best 拉肠粉/cheong fun/steamed rice roll I’ve ever had in my life. The egg, minced pork meat, rolls and soy sauce are perfect combo! The must eat for every visit to NYC.

chinese food at this place - very good. I give this spot two thumbs up.
Super tasty and fresh cheung fun for a cheap price in the middle of Chinatown. Can’t ask for more than that. There was a long queue of locals waiting to buy theirs so that’s definitely a great sign! The only downside is that this no place to sit and eat this as this is a street cart. But that’s part of the fun too!
Open on 7/25/20. And thankfully so. Delicious egg, pork and scallion rice roll from this cart. Must stop and try if you’re in the area
