Very professional in his approach, be it exact break up of parts or timely updates, really enjoyed my experience. I visited vertron motors because my BMW X3 had an unusual noise when I accelerate and it was getting quite loud. There were no warning lights and no error messages. Sahil diagnosed the fault in a few hours and rectified it. He was very good an hands on which I really liked. He Is definitely very knowledgeable and is always willing to take up a Challenge. He did not try to upsell anything at all, infact he did just the opposite. I definitely recommend this place for any German car owner. Way better than visiting the authorised service centre.
