Meals rate is 175 Incl of Tax they can reduce that price. Spread prices are increased 20 - 30% in recent days after corona. Management can re look in to their cost. But taste on Non Veg is as good as earlier. If some one want to have a spicy and delicious non veg food it is the ideal place ( கார சாரமா சாப்பிட வேண்டும் என்றால். ) Ideal place. This restaurant owner is a chef of EX CM Late MGR at his house ️ on his earlier days...

Best South Indian Authentic Chettinad Restaurant atleast in Chennai.. Have been to many such restaurants but this place has my hearts always.. The best part is you get to have that unlimited steamy served nonveg meals even for dinner.. They provide a variety of Chettinad dishes and also Chinese.. On The Table for Lunch - Mutton Leg Soup (2) - Nonveg Meals (2) - Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice (1) - Mutton Biriyani (1) - Mutton Kola Urundai (4) - Mutton Sukka (4) - Chettinad Pepper Chicken Dry (1) - Prawn 65 (2) - Chicken 65 (1) - Kaadai 65 (1) - Chicken Drumsticks (1) - and atlast the blissful Goli Soda (4) to finish it up. All this came upto 4k roughly. A very decent price for the cuisine and authenticity they deliver! Very Polite and Dedicated Service. P.S: Said the fact that this restaurant was founded by the Cook who used to work for the Late CM of Tamil Nadu Mr.MGR. If that is true, then Mr.MGR has experienced amazing food throughout his lifetime. Whatta Food!!!

Really excellent food I used to go the amma hotel in my college that is before 30 yrs . they maintain the same quality you can listen very good MGR songs during your dining. I can say it isone of the best South Indian food hotel in Chennai

Worst Experience - The Biriyani did not have enough Masala, the Brain fry was cooked only with pepper, half cooked Nethili fry. The service was pathetic. No juiciness in Grill Chicken. They can’t even prepare their own Mayonnaise- cheap 3rd rate Mayo. The only good dish was the Veral fry.
