Chemiphase International Ltd

Brilliant metalised emulsion floor… Brilliant metalised emulsion floor polish. I ordered the above polish for my Lino floor on the recommendation of a friend. Due to coronavirus the product was out of stock. Without having to call them again, the product duly arrived by courier service. This is a amazing product it has saved me putting a new floor down. It’s hard wearing and water resilient. The cost for 5 litres is only 19.00 odd so it will last a long time. I shall looked to see which other products this company use. David Adams Isleworth

I ordered 20 litres of hand santiser. Even in these difficult times the price was very reasonable, it was dispatched almost immediately and to my surprise arrived the next day. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend.

Originally sent me a batch of brown, odourless liquid with debris in that was supposedly Sodium Hypochlorite. Did not answer email of complaint. Then only sent out half of what I sent back as a replacement and implied that I was lying or the courier had lost it. Courier eventually resolved issue on my behalf, no apology what so ever from Chemiphase. Avoid as they are only making hand sanitiser now apparently. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Chemiphase were the most helpful supplier during covid. I help supply hand sanitiser and ppe supplies to care homes and nhs properties and Chemiphase always managed to get the Solo hand sanitiser to me to distribute on time at a very reasonable price.
