We booked a yurt wedding package with Cheltenham Yurts, and were delighted with the service provided every step of the way. The whole team were very quickly responsive to any queries we had - and there were quite a lot! - and highly professional with the business side of things, allowing us to easily manage paying in instalments without having to think about it. The exceptional customer service we received continued throughout the whole process, from our initial booking all the way to the wedding and even beyond. We didn't have exact numbers for our guest list due to various uncertainties, and that was no problem; the team were happy for us to reserve furnishings in any quantity and change it as we knew more. We were also pretty clueless about setting up a yurt for a wedding, and we were kindly advised on what would be appropriate for the style of wedding we were having. The yurts were set up, with the furnishings we requested all ready for us to arrange, with plenty of time for us to decorate as we wanted, and we were able to really make the most of such a fun wedding location. It was quirky and beautiful, and a perfect way to blend an outdoor wedding with the unpredictable British weather! We had some friends who booked another yurt for our wedding to sleep in, and that was also set up well in advance of the wedding, which meant that they had their accommodation ready for their arrival after a fourteen hour flight, most welcome! That yurt was beautiful inside, and the family were very excited to be staying in it. Through all our interactions with Cheltenham Yurts, we felt like they were fully invested in making sure everything was perfect for us. Of course, we wanted the best for our wedding day, and they delivered.

We worked with Cheltenham Yurt Hire in September of last year and provided one of our Shepherds Hut toilet and shower units for their Wedding open weekend. The whole experience working with Abby and David (owners of the company), from the first exchanging of communication with Abby, to the weeks following the event was super friendly, highly complementary and encouraging of our product and services we provide and very appreciative of our support. The whole team are such lovely people and what they create, in with regards to their exquisite yurts and events planning is flawless and simply beautiful. The whole weekend, from where we were standing, looked to be a great success for the company, with numerous happy bridal couples passing through. I must add, in a very safe manner, due to the Covid-19 precautions and measures they had in place. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and hope that our professional and personal relationships continue to grow as we go forwards.
Hired several yurts for our wedding last year and they were the best!! Amazingly beautiful and unique on the day, but also the whole team at Cheltenham Yurts were great to work with, from the logistics and admin with Will and Suki to the fab installation/ deinstallation crew. Could not recommend more highly!
I had the absolute honour and pleasure of working with Cheltenham Yurt Hire on an event back in September, and I cannot recommend them enough. From day one I was welcomed like one of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were completely professional at all times. It is evident that every single one of them feels pride in their work. The yurts themselves are nothing short of exceptional, and my only regret is that I am already married and cannot have a wedding in them myself!
