Great service. I took an iPhone X in for a battery replacement just before Christmas. They didn't have the battery in stock, but it was delivered and installed the following day, enabling me to collect the phone less than 24 hours after originally dropping it off.

Good old fashioned customer service. Davey the Retail Director (HQ), was so helpful and passed on my concerns to Paul (Cheltenham Manager) who helped me resolve it. Matt (Cheltenham Assistant Manager) was helpful in providing options for me. Much better than buying from Apple directly. I will make sure next time I buy an Apple product I buy from them. Thank you for all your advice it was really appreciated

Much better service then I got a the Apple Cabot Circus in September where I had to make 2 trips as the first repair didn't resolve the issue and was without my Mac for 3 weeks and over 160 miles traveled. Western just turned up, got in booked it was seen and parts order the same day and part arrived and fitted next day if I was better at looking at my emails would of been without a laptop for just over 24 hours. Over the moon with the service and speed of fixing the broken screen on my Macbook Pro. Ryan was really helpful in handling everything at the start and then exceeded my expectations by having the job completed within 24 hours (instead of potentially 4 days as quoted). When my MacBook Pro developed an unusual battery problem which started causing damage to other parts of the laptop, Western Computers fixed it within 24 hours, including replacing the main body, keyboard, trackpad and battery the cost was covered by Apple, even though my laptop was 2 years old. The laptop was like new again :) I received the appointment with Western Computers via Apple telephone support, who did the initial diagnosis. The appointment was next day (far sooner than Apple owned stores). Excellent service!
