What can we say? Not only have The Property Centre sold our home during a global pandemic but they have been more than we knew we ever needed from an estate agent - always there at the end of the phone, from start to finish, and through the highs and lows of selling your home. The Property Centre made us feel as if we were the only home they were selling (which of course wasn’t the case). They really got to know ‘us’ and our experience, we felt, was tailored and personalised. Thank you to each member of the team but especially to Oliver who we really feel is one of the best out there!

My initial good impression of The Property Centre came when I walked into the house (which I then bought) and thought 'wow, it actually looks like the photos'. And that 'honesty' ran throughout the whole process, from the valuation they had put on the property to completion. Viewings were always accommodated quickly and the staff were always very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were always quick to respond to emails and proactively provided updates on where the sale was. Excellent service.
The Property Centre were excellent during our house sale. They were professional, friendly and accommodating, communication was second to none. We were informed every time there was interest in the property and viewings were well organised. The Property Centre were helpful in providing succinct, useful feedback from each house viewing, within 24 hours, although this was limited as they sold our house within 48 hours of it going on the market! We cannot thank The Property Centre, Oliver, Barney and the Progression Team enough for making the sale of our house as smooth as it could be.
We've just sold a home using The Property Centre in Cheltenham. Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive and helpful. Particular shout out to Barney who was our main point of contact and was hugely supportive when things in our chain looked quite uncertain. He was tenacious and helped establish what stage each link in the chain had got to, which enabled us to have more productive discussions with our conveyancing solicitor. I'd happily recommend The Property Centre to others and would have no hesitation in using them again for a future sale.
Super professional and organised. Do what they say they are going to do when they are supposed to do it. Love the virtual tour, gave detailed accurate feedback from viewings and managed the process well post the offer through to completion.
