With all the restrictions and lockdown it's difficult to evaluate and leave and impartial review. In the past they have been really helpful and useful, cheap and great variety. Not so much variety atm tho.

Very helpful when buying our Christmas tree the man removed the lower branches for, and offered the back very efficient and polite. I must say it was a quiet tkme however the whole system worked very well. More than happy and we will return next year for our tree. ! Thanks

I have just tried to shop at Dawn Nurseries. The experience was far from pleasant . My daughter came to help me, we were buying plants for a new garden and had filled one trolley, Hannah asked where she could leave the full trolley while we filled another, the assistant shouted at her leave it there pointing Hannah said sorry where and she shouted THERE. Rude. We looked for someone for advice there was no one to be found. We got to the check out with two full trolleys, the assistant was very very rude, we were shouted when we tried to make room for another trolley, there wasn't a price on one of the plants the assistant went off for a good ten minutes, did not tell us what she was doing, on her return there was no apology or explanation. I asked if one of the branches was broken on a plant she shouted at me and said NO. We will never shop here again and left with out purchasing. Sincerely Joan.
