Visited this place a couple of weeks ago the bin sheds was full of rubbish all over the floor and over flowing bins with rats already on a newly built and ongoing development

Worked on this site and all I got was abuse from certain people that lived there all because I parked on the street in front of there house I wasn't blocking there driveway they just didn't want my van parked there even though I way repairing the footpath outside there house they obviously think he own the street I also found out the same person attacked his neighbour so pls be careful where you buy a house find out what your neighbor's are like first also residents who bought these houses have had nothing but problems with the building and drainage and waiting almost two years for it to be rectified
