I’m currently a tenant renting through Read Maurice and I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. The initial viewing of the property was handled professionally, especially during the current COVID environment, and the signing process was clear and efficient. On move in day the property had evidently been cleaned making this a much more pleasant experience. Any queries we’ve had since with the property have been sorted quickly, even at the weekend, which is much appreciated.

I honestly cannot recommend Read Maurice enough! I have recently purchased a property through them as a first-time buyer and could not be more pleased with their service. The team have been super helpful and supportive, especially Jason and Chloe who have both handled my purchase. Having spoken with and met quite a few local estate agents, Read Maurice really have stood out for their excellent customer service - it can be quite intimidating when buying a property for the first time and they've been amazing in helping me through the process! Took them 8 hours to send my offer to the seller and in that time the seller accepted a lower offer than what I put forward! the lady didn't call me back for the bad news, this chap called me instead and gave me every excuse saying my first offer was too low that's why they didn't want to do business with me (even though my offer was higher!) - he was trying to hide the fact they never bothered to put my offer forward because they didn't want to tell the seller I offered a higher price because they we way to late as the seller already agreed with the other buyer. very unprofessional and I lost a house because of these guys not putting my offer forward quick enough, I will never use them again nor will I recommend!
