I went to see Andy with knee pain when walking and running which was very uncomfortable. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my appointment. Andy talked me through what he was doing and explained possible reasons for my pain/injury. I was also given some additional stretches to do at home to aid my recovery. Very good value for money and great conversation too. Highly recommended. Thank you Andy!

I had a whiplash injury a year ago which I neglected to treat, so by the time I went to see Andy I was in significant pain in my neck. I had restricted movement and difficult sleeping. After 2 sessions I had so much more movement in my neck and the pain was significantly reduced. Andy not only treats your symptoms but gives you advice on how to maintain good health, fitness and prevent the injury reoccurring. Highly recommended.
