Had a ligament op last week after waiting weeks for the NHS to allocate a slot for my surgery. Couldn't work. Excellent, faultless service here. My consultant was first rate. Everyone was lovely and so understanding that it was my first operation and that I was very nervous. The patient is put first by all levels of staff. Amazing place.

Every aspect of my recent experience at this hospital was absolutely first rate. The consultation was arranged promptly, the appointment for the operation followed swiftly, the communication throughout was excellent. The nursing staff who dealt with the preliminary visit were thoughtful, considerate and efficient and I extend my thanks to them. The operation was an outstanding success and has significantly improved the quality of my life. For this I am deeply indebted to Mr. Keith Poskitt and his team whose professionalism, skill and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome were exemplary. What a professional hospital. Excellent service from Dr Warr and the nurses in Cotswold Ward. Warm, responsive, professional team. Clean room. Amazing yummy food, too. Really impressed with some on going aftercare. Always a pleasure to pop back for my checks.
Charge for injections i never had, (now removed from bill) very poor overall service, and extra charges for getting results of paid for test. Poor reception staff , horrid expensive experience. Will never use again.
