I am really impressed with the excellent, kind, thoughtful service from Make Their Day Florist. I wanted to send something supportive to a dear friend in the Cheltenham General Hospital. I made a couple mistakes in my initial order but Make Their Day Florist followed up diligently with a couple of international phone calls to help me sort things out promptly. They delivered a beautiful fruit basket to my friend and a much appreciated bouquet to the nurses' station. I am so grateful! I would not hesitate to order from Make Their Day Florist again.

My husband purchased a bouquet of lilies for our anniversary costing 40. When he collected them from the shop, he asked the florist how long that the flowers would last as a lot of the lilies were open. She replied around 3 weeks. By day 3, quite a few of the lilies had gone brown and leaves and petals had started to fall off. My husband rang to say that he was disappointed and the florist apologised and offered to replace the bouquet. He returned to the shop and was given a small bunch of lilies that contained 3 stems, nothing like the 40 bouquet purchased. Very disappointed with the quality and based on the after service, would not recommend.
