I've been lucky enough to be at two events recently where Jacks Kitchen were running the catering and I can say with absolute hand on heart that these ladies are simply fantastic. What makes them stand out is the extra touches which take the their event catering into fine-dining with added art-installation. An immersive experience. At a friend's wedding recently they created a picnic scene at each table, with a picnic basket the centre piece, grass table runner, check table cloth, 'All you need is love' jars, and even bird song/the great outdoors sounds gently playing in the background. My friend the bride received a personalised wooden cheeseboard as an unexpected gift. Another event featured scented dry ice and they have done projection mapping onto large buildings for corporate events and weddings. Adding creative twists comes naturally and it's refreshing in the crowded world of event catering which seems to have gotten a bit samey. This is what happens when a top class chef and a talented artist go into business together. Most recently I was at a charity pizza pop-up where they pitched up with their pizza oven, sold out in 3 hours and raised hundreds for charity. If you're after an event with a difference and one that will be remembered I can't recommend this company enough.

Jacks Kitchen recently catered for our wedding in May. What an incredible team that really went out of their way to create outstanding quality food with ethically sourced ingredients. We chose Jacks originally because they stood out from the rest in the way they communicated and because of their clear ethos. They communicated fantastically in the run up to our wedding and we felt reassured that we were going to be in safe hands. We had a laid back event and they really understood what we were hoping to achieve. They served up pop up Mamma D's pizza in the afternoon that people scoffed up and the most amazing curries in the evening. People are still telling me how much they loved the curry a whole month later. Di and Alex were so professional but warm and friendly at the same time. We would thoroughly recommend them. Do book them!

We couldn’t be more delighted to have had Jack’s Kitchen as our Wedding Caterer. They were incredibly responsive, engaging and flexible at each stage of the process. Di’s enthusiasm is echoed across the whole team. The food was incredible. We were able to design our wedding menu based on our favourite flavours and they really delivered! We have had nothing but wonderful feedback from our guests who have never eaten wedding food like it! We also had quite a few guests with allergies or dietary restrictions and they were so well looked after with specific team members allocated to them. A massive thanks to the whole team for making our wedding the best day we could have wished for.

Well where to start.... Firstly I would like to say Di and Alex are the most amazing people not only to work with but in general! We were pretty organised when it came to sorting out suppliers, so we had booked Di over a year in advance, but thought that time Di was constantly in touch, made time to go through all of our niggles and worries, and made sure we felt at ease! When It came to actually tasting the food, well it was fantastic, Di came to our home on a cold, wet and miserable night and it was like a friend had popped over to make us dinner. Instantly we knew we wanted Jacks Kitchen to cater our wedding. I would just like to thank Di, Alex and the team for making our day extra special, the food was perfect and they worked around us to make sure everything was fantastic, Di knew exactly what we wanted! The girls were fantastic, polite, super tidy, friendly, with huge grins whilst waiting the tables (not easy when your running around hungry guests). We even had a cheeky beer with the team afterwards! I would recommend Jacks Kitchen to anyone! They are lovely people as well as a very professional & organised business. They go the extra mile to make sure your event is perfect! We had a beautiful board made for us (to keep) and all the puddings had a lovely little message on them.
