Had our Hydropool Serenity hot tub since January and don’t have the words to express our gratitude to Kate and Simon. From walking in to the showroom, to delivery and installation, to all the “silly questions” and the politest response ever to my picture of a dip-stick which apparently I was holding upside down!!!! This is Customer Service and After Sales Service of the highest calibre and the multi-national big boys should come and see them in action!!! Thank you for your advice, your patience and your product. We love it.
