Update. From experience 2020. My car had the door bashed in. Which was eventually fixed and to be fair they were honest about it. Sadly after the main chap left the branch wasn't interested in \being involved\. This I found disappointing and shocking. Fortunately the guy left to Gloucester and was able to continue customer service there. But it was a lot of running around and admin my end. Also they forgot to fix handbrake on MOT and while functional, sensors weren't working causing all other problems. Also didn't reset the service interval to I had so go back some 3 month after when their machine was fixed. Actually I went to Gloucester as that's where there machine was. Really, branches sharing common garage diagnostics? Always busy and ofen nowhere to park. No wonder my vehicle was damaged. Not particular cheap either. I shall not bother again.

Nice friendly staff but pretty shambolic and unprofessional an experience all in all. Not able to make contact whilst car in the garage as apparently the phones weren't going through, tried 18 times and held on for 22min at one time; work not finished on promised day and no communication to say it's been delayed, was two days later in the end; bill paid was different to the subsequently received receipt; agreed works not carried out. Cut my losses and shan't be returning. Only real good thing is the price is competitive and the staff were pleasant as I say.
