Looking on line for 3 items, find them all great I thought, popped them in my bag I then found out that 2 items were only available for delivery only as the total cost of these 2 was only 12, I had to pay 3.99 for delivery, the 3rd item was for click and collect only, great I thought until I the nearest click and collect was Reddich, I live in Cheltenham. Please why could I not purchase these items by click and collect from my local store, as this option is wildly used by other firms. I may not have been spending a lot but not only could they send the goods to my local store they were not available in store. I use Dunelm a lot but I have definitely been put off shopping there.

Popped in to do some shopping arrows well placed ate in cafe what we had was very nice but limited choice. At about 12.00 noon not much selection. Very clean. Both my daughter and myself found what we wanted shopping for household items

Dunelm is fine it has a good selection of goods at competitive prices. Unfortunately it's location is a nightmare. My last visit was early on Friday afternoon and it took me 30 minutes to exit the carpark. I dread to think what it will be like on the weekend. This is not the first time I have had this problem but it has probably got worst since The Range has moved in nextdoor. Definitely not a place to shop if you are in a hurry. The same applies to The Range. The single exit is insufficient.

Always a good place to visit as they have good items at decent prices. The light section is great, so to the bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommend, I bought this lovely looking lamp from there.
