Not many Diners are left in our neighborhood so i am glad Chelsea Square is working hard to survive, really trying to welcome us so kindly and keep the place COVID safe, good food and a homey feeling. help them stay in business, they deserve it!

I give a 1 star because my sister's plate had a hair in the food. She saw it when she was almost done. We also had to wait a long time before getting our meal. Other than that, I had a nice experience. My plate was good, although the pouch eggs of the Benedicts plate were hard. The sausages were good tho. Quesadillas were good too. Generous portions overall. Dine-in on the street only. The ambience was nice.

The COVID outdoor seating is amazing! Spacious with a ceiling in the Sukkot style seating or snug on the sidewalk seating it works great! Solid diner with all the things! Eating here makes me think things are normal for once in 2020. Sunday breakfast was the delicious diner breakfast we all have been missing. So glad I stumbled upon this gem of a greasy spoon

Old school NYC diner. My first visit was during pandemic, outdoor breakfast. Friendly service, coffee and water frequently refilled, big portions, good omelette. Price a bit on the high side for what it is, 18 for most omelettes.

As of 12/12/20, eating outside was fine, the food was good, & the service was attentive. All that was missing was having heaters to warm the enclosed \hut\! So, it was very chilly.
